Welcome to a Bible Believing Church in Bicester, UK
What a beautiful illustration of togetherness, obedience and love that blossomed in the Church. In accordance with the Holy Scriptures, we too seek to serve the Lord in Spirit and in Truth, and serve one another with gladness of heart.
We are a home church of born again Christians and we use the Authorised King James Bible throughout our ministry and teaching. By ‘home church’, we essentially mean that we meet in our home(s) (as opposed to a specific church building occupied as a place of worship) where we meet regularly to study and teach the Scriptures and worship the Lord.
We seek to follow the teachings of the Holy Bible in the way we conduct our lives. The things we do, think and say. We make no apologies for our belief and confession in the Lord Jesus, His death and/or His resurrection. We passionately believe that the Lord has, can and will continue to transform the lives of those who put their trust and faith in Him (our own lives are testimony to that).
Matthew 28:18-20 states,”18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
Preaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is a commission which we humbly seek to follow. Instead of just waiting for the lost to come to us, the Lord commands us to go to them. To meet them where they are at. The beauty of the Lord’s commission to us as His people is that the commandment does not stop at the preaching, but it is a lifelong journey past baptism through to daily observance of God’s Word and a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus.
Whether you already know the Lord Jesus, or you don’t (yet) and want to find out more about He who is mighty to save (see ‘the Gospel’ page), please get in touch. We would love to hear from you.
“And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.”
